Shadow Expanse provides professional audio equipment repair and calibration services. Our services include but are not limited to studio monitor restoration, mixing console repair, amplifier calibration, microphone preamp service, DAC/ADC calibration, and outboard gear maintenance.

Service Quotations

All quotations provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition of the equipment and parts required. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with repairs.

Equipment Intake

When you send equipment to us for repair:

• You warrant that you are the rightful owner or authorised representative
• You are responsible for adequate packaging and shipping insurance
• We are not liable for damage occurring during transit to our facility
• Equipment must be accompanied by a description of the fault

Repair Authorization

By submitting equipment for repair, you authorise us to:

• Perform diagnostic testing and disassembly as necessary
• Proceed with approved repairs after quote acceptance
• Source replacement parts as required
• Perform post-repair testing and calibration

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of repair and before equipment return. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified. Equipment will be held until payment is received in full.

Warranty

Repairs performed by Shadow Expanse carry a 90-day warranty against defects in workmanship. This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, accident, or neglect
• Repairs performed by others after our service
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from power surges or environmental factors

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shadow Expanse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Unclaimed Equipment

Equipment not collected or arranged for return within 90 days of repair completion notification will be subject to storage charges. Equipment unclaimed after 180 days may be disposed of at our discretion to recover costs.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Shadow Expanse and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
